Evangelistic Outreach Ministries of Jesus Christ Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) outreach ministry. Founded by Elder Willie D. Payne Jr. and First Lady Rosalyn Payne in West Palm Beach, FL in 2000 and is now operating in Jacksonville, Florida. The ministry is dedicated to providing effective support to the needy and homeless in Duval County and beyond.

Evangelistic Outreach Ministries of Jesus Christ Inc. mission is to provide Christian hospitality and respect to indigent individuals in and around Duval County by showing them love, giving them hope and help in the time of need. Especially for those who are suffering from poverty, homelessness, addiction and abuse. The individuals which fall into these categories will benefit from food, clothing, education, self-sufficiency programs and spiritual counseling.

For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
